The newsletter is distributed to potential property buyers around the world on a Monthly basis. - Banner Advertising - (468 x 60px) we will add your company logo/info at the top of the newsletter above the properties with a direct link to your site for £100 per newsletter - we do not require any commission if the client buys a property.
Banners located to the right of the properties are £50 pounds per newsletter and will drive traffic to your website. - Featured Property (with picture) - We add one of your pictured properties to the newsletter which then directs the client to your property on our website where they can enquire about your property via the normal route.No Sales commission is due on any sales as normal and there is also a charge of £60 per newsletter for property insertions. Limited to 6 sponsored properties per newsletter.
- Featured Property - (without picture) we feature a number of properties at the bottom of the newsletter were there are no pictures and these are priced at £30 per newletter and route to the property details on our website with all enquiries subject to the normal commission agreement. These are limited to 4 per newsletter.
